Key Responsibilities
  • Support student discipline, attendance, and punctuality monitoring.
  • Assist in managing student behaviour and intervention programmes.
  • Coordinate disciplinary cases and maintain proper documentation.
  • Work closely with school staff, parents, and external agencies to support students.
  • Assist in organizing student development programmes and school events.
  • Track and report student management outcomes and behavioural trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • Local Diploma holders preferred.
  • Experience in National Service, Singapore Police Force, Military Police, Army, or Singapore Prison Service is advantageous.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience working with youths in counselling, discipline, or student management.
  • Possess empathy, good communication skills, and the ability to engage and guide youths effectively.
