Student Management Resource Personnel 1. Positive School Culture Development
- Champion school-wide positive behaviour initiatives
- Collaborate with other committees (e.g. YL/SDWB) to design character development programs that instil self-discipline and alignwith school values.
- Promote inclusive practices that ensure every student feels supported, connected, and empowered within the school community
- Oversee daily operational routines including morning assembly and school arrival
- Monitor student attendance and punctuality, with timely interventions where necessary
- Coordinate response to disciplinary incidents
- Maintain systematic documentation of student management cases
- Organize key school events that promote positive student behaviour
- Ensure appropriate consequences are meted out in a timely manner.
