Student Management Resource Personnel 1. Positive School Culture Development
  • Champion school-wide positive behaviour initiatives
  • Collaborate with other committees (e.g. YL/SDWB) to design character development programs that instil self-discipline and alignwith school values.
  • Promote inclusive practices that ensure every student feels supported, connected, and empowered within the school community
2. Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operational routines including morning assembly and school arrival
  • Monitor student attendance and punctuality, with timely interventions where necessary
  • Coordinate response to disciplinary incidents
  • Maintain systematic documentation of student management cases
  • Organize key school events that promote positive student behaviour
  • Ensure appropriate consequences are meted out in a timely manner.
