Job Responsibilities
- Supervise students during detention/suspension sessions (after school, Mon–Fri).
- Manage discipline room operations, including latecomer monitoring and attendance records.
- Maintain and update disciplinary data (offences, attendance, phone confiscation, etc.).
- Support case follow‑ups, student behaviour monitoring, and reintegration into school routines.
- Assist with student movement supervision, patrols, and examination support duties.
- Liaise with teachers, HODs, and school leaders on discipline matters and student cases.
- Support restorative practices and behavioural development interventions.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- MOE school experience preferred.
- Experience working with youths, student discipline, or behavioural support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
