Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture by participating in toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety meetings. Ensure compliance with MIP’s safety policies and Alberta OHS regulations.Quality Assurance: Support inspections and testing to ensure work meets project standards. Assist with interpreting drawings, specifications, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Help identify and resolve deficiencies.Planning & Coordination: Participate in daily readiness reviews and weekly planning meetings. Coordinate construction activities, inspections, survey needs, and concrete placements. Maintain accurate records for progress tracking.Operational Tasks:
Complete ParaDIM Daily Log for assigned operations.Coordinate and attend testing and inspections with Construction Field Coordinators, Quality Coordinators, and/or third-party agencies (e.g., concrete surface preparation, rebar ins...
