The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that foster a positive and engaging dining environment for all students and guests, develop and execute customer experience strategies and plans that drive student retention and referrals to meal plans and work collaboratively with academic and administrative department to identify opportunities to partner on authentic menus and special events.
