We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our Student Experience team as Student Experience & Learner Voice Officer.

Qualifications

• Good general education including 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade C/4.
• Educated to Level 3 or above.
• Experience in further education is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate learner voice, enrichment and personal development opportunities across the College.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of students and staff.
• Engage, motivate and inspire young people.
• Organise, plan and deliver events and activities.
• Gather and analyse learner feedback to inform quality improvement.
