As a MAP Student Engagement and Outreach Teaching Assistant, you will work under the direction of the Associate Dean-Undergraduate to empower and mentor students in MAP 001: Strategies for Success and to support the MAP Student Program Centre and the Associate Dean(Undergraduate) in community outreach and recruitment. Teaching Assistants support in-person and remote sections of MAP 001 by attending sections of MAP 001, facilitating lesson plans, communicating with students through email and face-to-face meetings, grading brief assignments, and coaching students as they learn to navigate the Faculty and the University.
