Function of Position:
Assist Student Engagement staff with basic student services duties at the Downtown Campus.
This position may be funded through Federal Work Study (FWS) and/or departmental budgetary funds, depending on eligibility and departmental need. Federal Work Study applicants must be approved by the Financial Aid Office prior to employment consideration. Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Assist potential students with MCC/SUNY application
+ Assist potential and continuing students with FAFSA/TAP applications
+ Triage student questions
