Position Description

The Credit Operations and Lending Administration team supports the completion and maintenance of lending activities across First West by ensuring loan files are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently. The team reviews documentation, verifies member information, prepares and updates lending records, and collaborates with advisors, underwriters, and operations teams to facilitate a smooth lending experience. Their work helps safeguard lending quality by upholding policies, coordinating required follow up, and supporting the timely progression of applications from submission to funding. As a student, you will provide administrative and project support to an assigned department while contributing to team objectives, assisting with documentation, data organization, and process updates that support the lending workflow.
