Job Details:

Purpose To serve as a professional point of contact for the UT High School EdServices department, ensuring students, parents, and partners receive high-quality support and efficient resolution of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Support: Manage high-volume inbound communication by answering phone systems, responding to voicemails, and drafting professional email correspondence for diverse stakeholders.
