Job Description
Salary Range: $17 - $17.75
This position provides high school students with hands-on experience in a school-based bank branch. Students will develop financial literacy, customer service, and workplace skills while working under the direct supervision of experienced bank staff in a structured learning environment. Students will work closely with experienced staff to complete general administrative and operational duties as well as special projects as assigned. Will provide excellent customer service and exhibit professional telephone and communication skills when interacting with customers and clients.
Education and Experience:
+ Currently enrolled as a full-time student in good academic and attendance standing at the school where the in-school branch operates
+ Must be a student in or entering their junior year or above
+ Customer service or school activity participation preferred
