Structured Literacy Interventionist

Glean Education is seeking Structured Literacy Interventionists to provide targeted literacy intervention to students identified as at risk for reading difficulties in our client districts.

Interventionists deliver evidence-based instruction grounded in Structured Literacy principles, monitor student progress, and collaborate with educators and families to support student growth.

The ideal candidate has exemplary knowledge of the Science of Reading, supporting emergent readers, and implementing evidence-based literacy intervention practices through Structured Literacy and Orton-Gillingham methodologies.

This role requires strong instructional skills, data-based decision-making, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
