Job Description
Main duties of the job This post would suit someone with a core mental health qualification and registration (including those recently qualified in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or other appropriately registered therapists - see person spec for details) or a psychology graduate (eligible for BPS registration) with more than 2 years’ experience in community mental health settings. The successful applicants will also have an interest in working collaboratively with service users to develop their skills to improve their ability to tolerate and manage strong emotion. It would suit someone who loves working as part of a team and alongside multidisciplinary colleagues. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of working with this service user group in any care setting, or someone who has transferable skills.
