**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Welders proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding techniques to join our dynamic team. As a job shop manufacturer and fabricator, we build high-quality components and assemblies for the energy industry, including heat exchangers, compressor packages, and oilfield processing equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong welding experience and the ability to produce welds that meet AWS standards, working on vessels, headers, skids, platforms, walkways, and other heavy industrial equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and Flux Core welding to create high-quality welds that meet AWS standards.
+ Successfully pass a 2G Weld Test including MIG root, Flux Core fill, and Flux Core cap.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
+ Weld carbon steel in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
