  • Deck Supervision: Directly oversee the structural cycle (rebar, formwork, and casting) to ensure the 4-to-7-day floor cycle is maintained.
  • Rebar & Formwork Inspection: Verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and formwork alignment against structural shop drawings before every pour.
  • Concrete Management: Supervise all concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, cube sampling, and vibration techniques to prevent honeycombing.
  • Post-Tensioning (PT) Coordination: Coordinate with PT specialists for tendon laying, stressing, and grouting sequences.
  • Verticality Control: Work closely with surveyors to ensure the building’s verticality (plumbness) and transfer levels are within tolerance.
