As a company's president, they help secure contracts to provide work for the company and to provide support for the staff as the contract work is completed and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. I review the changes in schedules and construction conditions to determine the requirements of the various departments within the company in order to full fill the contract obligations and the client requests.
