Structural & Mechanical Design Engineer - Prefab Data Centers

Structural & Mechanical Design Engineer (MDE) responsible for developing design proposals, specifications, submittal drawings, production drawings and other data to evaluate feasibility, cost implications, and maintenance requirements for Prefabricated Modular Data Centers. The MDE identifies project requirements, provides design solutions that meet customer and site needs, and protects the customer’s best interests throughout the project. The role requires a diversified portfolio of technical skills, including knowledge of structural design, Revit, Autodesk Robots, Teckla, CREO, and finite element analysis.

• Tender Phase:
  • Program the project with the customer or representative to understand and document owner’s requirements.
  • Influence solutions and understand local codes and ordinances.
  • Revise structural designs during tendering stages, guide solutions, and develop design documents to support the proposal.
