Structural Engineers Starting File Setup

I'm a structural engineer looking for an experienced AutoCAD structural drafter to professionally set up my CAD environment and plotting standards for my consultancy.
I will provide existing structural details and a sample CTB plotting style file as a reference.
Scope:
Set up structured layers, text styles, dimension styles, and hatches
Develop/refine CTB plotting styles with proper lineweight hierarchy
Create A1 & A3 title blocks with revision blocks
Develop a structural block library (beams, columns, footings, symbols, etc.)
Configure plotting setup ready for DA/CC structural documentation
Requirements:
Strong structural drafting experience
Advanced AutoCAD & CTB knowledge
Familiar with Australian structural drawing standards
High attention to detail and professional presentation
Deliverables: Editable DWG files, updated CTB files, and a brief usage guide.
