Structural Engineering Manager

An engineering firm that has been in business for decades is hiring a Structural Engineering Manager for their Orlando team! Responsibilities: Provide Project Managers with the resources needed to complete projects Create work plans/estimates for specific disciplines Ensure work product meets client requirements and company standards Provide engineering/technical support Execute company QA/QC process for structural engineering discipline Ensure proper staffing levels/department utilization Manage staff resources including annual reviews, timesheets and expense report approvals Assist Human Resources on recruitment and training efforts Assist with business development activities including preparing presentations Participate in various trade organizations Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred 8+ years of structural design and project management experience (Healthcare, Sports, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial, Education, and/or Institutional project...
