A Vancouver-based consulting firm specializing in complex building approvals, permitting strategy, and development coordination is seeking a Senior Engineer (P.Eng.), ideally with Certified Professional (CP) designation, to join its growing team.
This firm operates at the intersection of permitting, code, and municipal approvals, working closely with municipalities, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), clients, and project teams to move challenging projects forward efficiently and intelligently. Known for being responsive and highly collaborative, the team brings deep insight into how projects are actually approved across the Lower Mainland, ensuring submissions are thorough, strategic, and successful.
This is not a pre-defined role. The successful candidate will step into a senior, autonomous position with real authority, trust, and influence—playing a visible leadership role and helping shape how projects are delivered as the firm continues to scale.
