Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the project team from conceptual design through construction administration.

Keep group staff fully utilized while maintaining a high staff effective multiplier.

Supervise staff and coordinate activities of project managers.

Guide project teams to meet/exceed client expectations of quality and service.

Lead staff development opportunities to ensure skills are acquired to support firm growth.

Confidently communicate key messages and expectations with clarity and transparency.
