Key Responsibilities

Structural Design & Analysis

  • Perform structural analysis and assessment of telecom towers, rooftops, poles, and foundations supporting RAN equipment (antennas, RRUs, basebands, microwave dishes)
  • Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and design documents for RAN-related installations and upgrades
  • Evaluate tower and rooftop loading for RAN antennas, radios, feeders, and microwave equipment
  • Conduct structural audits, site surveys, and condition assessments for new and existing RAN sites
  • Recommend strengthening, retrofitting, or reinforcement solutions to support RAN expansion and modernization

Site & Project Support

  • Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, contractors, and site teams
  • Provide technical support during installation, construction, and modification works
