REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related experience. A minimum of (3) years of experience designing steel pole structures for electrical transmission, substation and power distribution. Familiar with safety codes, utility standards, and regulations to include the following:(NESC, ASCE, IEEE, AASHTO, AWS, ASTM). Must be proficient with PLS Pole and AutoCAD software. Experience with heavy structural fabrication and tower structures. Able to provide structural analysis, calculations and make design recommendations.
