Job Description
Looking for a structural engineer or architect to produce full, permit‑ready basement foundation plans for a new single‑family house (poured concrete or ICF). Plans must be detailed, stamped, and suitable for city/county approval.
Must have:
- Residential foundation experience with poured concrete and/or ICF
- Ability to provide structural calculations, details, and CAD/PDF drawings
Please include in your proposal:
- Short summary of relevant experience
- Example PDF of a basement foundation plan you authored
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Structural Engineering, Drafting, Construction, Architectural Design, Autodesk AutoCAD, Floor Plan Design, Reinforced Concrete Structures
