Structural Engineer

About the Role

Exchanger Industries Limited (EIL) is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of custom-engineered industrial equipment and modular packages. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply connected to fabrication — ideal for a structural engineer who enjoys seeing their designs built, not just reviewed.

You will act as the structural design authority , supporting projects from proposal and detailed engineering through fabrication, shipment, and field support. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Drafting & Design, Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver practical, fabrication-ready solutions that meet code, schedule, and budget.
