This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven professional to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, translating architectural vision into reality through precise shop drawings, hands-on site execution, and close collaboration with contractors and design teams. Job Role: Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and reinforcement details. Perform structural analysis using ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE. Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts. Review shop drawings, subcontractor submissions, and technical documentation. Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with structural specifications. Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.
