Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Structural E&C Engineer II
to support a series of complex, multi‑year
hydroelectric facility projects
in Western Wisconsin. These projects involve
dam reconstruction, structural upgrades, heavy steel and reinforced concrete work, and
water‑in‑work construction
requiring staged installations. You will be collaborative, working with construction management teams, EPC partners, and engineering firms. You will safely implement engineering intent in the field, playing a critical role as the on‑site technical interface.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Support dam reconstruction and upgrades across multiple hydroelectric sites in Western Wisconsin.

  • Provide daily/weekly structural engineering guidance on‑site and in the office.

  • Perform constructability reviews of drawings at major milestones.
