Structural Dynamics and Aeroelasticity Engineer

Location: Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

Role: Supporting the aircraft design as part of the engineering team responsible for Dynamic Loads (Gust/Turbulence, Dynamic Landing, Taxiing), Static and Dynamic Aeroelasticity, and Impact Loads (bird, ice). All of these aspects are covered by calculations and/or ground/flight tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support aircraft design as part of the engineering team.
• Contribute to the optimization of the global design of Airbus products during the concept phases.
• Supply high‑quality input data to the component design teams in Time Cost Quality (TCQ).
• Develop leading competencies in loads and aeroelasticity, including required methods and tools.
• Support product certification and the evolution of requirements in that area.
• Promote continuous process improvements.
