Structural Designer- Offshore
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2 D drawings and 3 D models for structures including foundations, helidecks, and living quarters using Auto CAD, PDMS, or TEKLA.
- Check designs for quality, safety, accessibility, and compliance with project standards and codes.
- Create material take-offs (MTOs), review vendor drawings, and coordinate with teams across locations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsmanship; 5-7 years in offshore/oil & gas design.
- Proficient in Auto CAD (2 D), TEKLA for 3 D modeling.
- Knowledge of industry standards like API and AISC for offshore facilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing drawing lists and project closeouts.
- Ability to optimize designs for cost and schedule.
- Familiarity with HSES policies and multi-project coordination.

Full-time position in Chennai, India, supporting offshore engineering projects.
