Structural Design Engineer - Washing Machine

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the structural design and development of complete washing machines (tu-tub or top loading), including core components such as inner tub, outer tub, suspension system, door seal, and base chassis.
• Lead the transmission system design, complete motor selection (DD Direct Drive motor or BLDC inverter motor), matching, and installation structure design.
• Responsible for optimizing the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) performance of the entire machine, achieving low-noise and quiet designs through structural improvements.
• Participate in the full process of new product development projects, from design review, 3D modeling, prototype trial production to mass production introduction, controlling structural design quality and progress.
• Responsible for structural design of injection molded parts, sheet metal parts, die-cast parts, etc., coordinate with mold suppliers to complete mold review and ...
