1. Project Overview & Objective

Bungalow Project

The Owner/Developer invites proposals from reputed structural engineering consultants to provide comprehensive structural design, analysis, detailing specifically specialized in Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structures.


  • Structural Modeling & Analysis: Utilizing advanced FEM software (e.G., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro) to perform 3D analysis,
  • RCC Detailing & Drawings: Preparation of detailed reinforcement drawings (Column schedules, Beam-column joints, Shear walls, Slab reinforcement, Lift cores).
  • General Arrangement Drawings (GAD): Issuing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, including formwork layouts and construction joints.


Scope of work includes

1) Structural GFC Drawings for Common CP-1 400 SQM structure

2) Common Infra work - Trench Detail, UWT/Pump Room Detail, BMS Room,...
