Acara Solutions is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our client on a Direct Hire opportunity located in Grapeland, TX. Salary: Up to $130K/yr (DOE)
Schedule: M-F, 100% onsite (flexible first-shift hours)
Benefits: Comprehensive package including bonus & annual profit sharing Key Responsibilities: -Create precise, custom steel joist designs supporting diverse, high-impact construction projects.-Perform structural design work in accordance with industry standards and company manufacturing processes.-Review contract documents, including structural and architectural drawings, and project specifications.-Provide direction and technical support to detailers, shop orders, and production teams throughout project design and development.-Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including other design professionals.-Mentor junior engineers and interns.
