1. The candidate should have sound knowledge of design of residential & commercial buildings.

2. He / She should have structural design experience with reputed companies

3. He/ She should have hands on knowledge of ETABS, SAFE & STAAD software

4. The candidate should have in depth knowledge of latest IS codes related to structural design.

5. He/ She should have prior experience of estimation and tender design

6. The candidate should have good written & verbal communication skills.

7. He/ She should have experience of site coordination & rebar inspection.

8. The candidate should be able to lead a team of engineers & designers.

9. He / She should be able to independently handle client and external consultant meetings.

10. He / She should have positive and innovative mindset.

11. The candidate should be ready to locate to different loactions or sites for short duration.
