Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled HyperMesh Meshing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in finite element pre-processing and meshing for structural analysis. The role focuses on high-quality mesh generation, assembly-level connectivity, and solver-ready model preparation while adhering to defined meshing standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Meshing & Pre-processing

  • Develop high-quality FE meshes using HyperMesh for complex components and assemblies.

  • Perform shell, tetra, and hexa meshing using both manual and automated techniques.

  • Control and validate mesh quality parameters such as element size, aspect ratio, skewness, warpage, Jacobian, and connectivity.

  • Perform geometry cleanup, defeaturing, midsurface extraction, and topology correction to enable robust meshing.
