A client of Insight Global is looking for a Structural Aircraft Installer to be responsible for performing structural modifications, repairs, and installations on developmental and prototype aircraft, with a focus on military and general aviation rotorcraft. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, assessing structural integrity, developing and implementing fatigue repair plans, and installing patches, splices, and other structural repairs in accordance with FAA-approved data and industry best practices. The position works closely with engineering and logistics teams to improve installation documentation, supports aircraft maintenance and operations as needed, and assists with maintaining tools and bench stock. Candidates will leverage extensive aircraft structures experience, particularly on rotorcraft platforms such as the UH-60/S-70, while supporting FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and Army Modification Work Order (MWO) develo...
