Lead the Ji’gaw harvesting plan with Listuguj Natural Resources Directorate as a Project Coordinator. Ensure the project transitions from planning to community implementation effectively.
The Coordinator will connect Community Harvesters, the Natural Resources Directorate, and key institutions, ensuring smooth execution of the multi-phase striped bass harvesting plan. This role requires excellent communication skills, community engagement, and the capacity for governance and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operationalization of harvesting strategies
• Facilitate community engagement sessions for input
• Develop safety protocols and management rules
