We are seeking a highly experienced Stress Engineer with extensive expertise in airframe structures and finite element modeling. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in FEMAP, Hyper-sizer, or Hyper-X and demonstrate a strong background in developing and validating models for aircraft structures.
Responsibilities
Review, update, and compile engineering analytical definitions of structural components and assemblies based on records from prototype build projects.Develop standardized analysis criteria and templates.Play an integral role in the workflow release process for all structural designs.Support the review of manufacturing plans and procedures to ensure compliance with design and loads requirements.Support the creation of structural test plans used to verify manufacturing.Oversee and coordinate other Stress Engineers' work and act as a C...
