Testing Management

  • Lead and coordinate execution of fatigue and durability tests across vehicle components and systems

Stakeholder Communication

  • Ensure effective collaboration with Design, CAE, and cross-functional teams

Root Cause Analysis

  • Conduct thorough investigations and implement countermeasures for test failures or performance gaps

Team Management & Training
