Job Description
We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Clinical Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting, or operations, who is eager to take on cross-functional challenges and drive strategic initiatives that directly impact care delivery.
You'll work closely with clinicians, product teams, and operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute projects that help our clinical teams perform at their best.
