Strategy Manager

Job Description :

• Prepare Strategic Plan (Strategic Review) on the annual basis, with the market and industry analysis, SWOT analysis, identify possible strategies and make recommendation.
• Prepare and implement the vision and the strategy of the business in Vietnam in line with the Lafarge Group standards and strategy.
• Manage and develop the long-term relationship with the key and potential partners and stakeholders (government, shareholders, etc.)
• Manage the M&A activity: target screening, valuation, negotiation, financing, legal framework.
• Prepare the long-term market attractiveness analysis: supply-demand balance, delivered cost analysis, competitiveness, macro-economic tendency and government policy to elaborate the short-term and long-term strategy in Vietnam
