About the SMB Agentic AI Sales Team

We aren't just building tools. We're building the underlying architecture for durable, scalable AI-enabled workflows across TELUS SMB. And we need someone to make sure we deliver on the promise.

The team consists of cross‑functional product builders, data scientists, engineers, and operations leaders working in agile two‑week sprints. We operate with radical transparency, clear decision‑making, and a bias toward shipping. You'll be expected to understand the existing workflows that our new tools impact, flag blockers early and escape hard decisions — not to hide them. We provide the autonomy and tools you need to do the work without process theater.
