• Support all aspects of our strategic activities by helping articulate and deliver the overall strategy and purpose in NatWest, working closely with leaders across the business

• Play an active role in the implementation and delivery of our strategy and related goals, including developing insightful thought leadership and ensuring actions remain aligned with our priorities

• Use structured problem-solving, frameworks, and stakeholder management to tackle strategic issues in this influential and tactical role

• You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend a significant amount of time working from an office or hub
