Job Description
**Team positioning**
DBU PMO & strategy team acts as the central enablement function for strategic and analytical work, PMO coordination, and performance & expense governance for DBU.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Strategic planning for LT and global review
+ Enhanced expense analysis and event tracking
+ Regional performance analysis
**Target profile**
+ Strong business sense, with marketing background preferred; able to work proactively with stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and Medical
+ Solid data analytics and business insights capability; able to turn data into business implications
+ Strong logical thinking with the ability to structure complex topics and develop clear slides
+ Demonstrate execution resilience and delivery ownership in a fast-paced environment under pressure
