Job Description

EVH is seeking a Strategy & Growth Director to help shape the next chapter of our agency’s evolution.

This is a hands-on, leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives in culture, creativity, and commercial growth.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior team to translate insight into impact - driving strategies that build brands, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable results.

You will:

  • Develop and deliver strategies across luxury, lifestyle, fashion, wellness and technology clients.
  • Analyse market and cultural trends, and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for clients and the agency.
  • Lead new business procurement, from pitch development to presentation to on-boarding.
  • Build and grow client relationships by providing clear, strategic advice, presenting ideas persuasively, and delivering solutions that drive measurable business results.
