Strategy Execution Manager

Territory Strategy Planning:

  • Deliver the transformation/change agenda towards One Globe execution via the territory leadership teams
  • Ensure that the territory strategic objectives and initiatives are aligned with the overall Globe corporate strategy 

    • Territory Strategy Execution:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver on territory shared goals
  • Provide project management support to critical projects, and drive process improvements in collaboration with the Head Office to supplement territory execution efforts.
  • Accelerate support for the territory leadership teams in addressing execution gaps and roadblocks in partnership with the Group Heads
  • Do regular onground insighting via territory immersions, customer FGDs, partner kumustahans to capture realities and opportunities to improve strategy execution
