Strategy Execution Partner

Description

The Strategy Execution Partner supports the delivery of Globe’s IT strategic and transformation initiatives by working closely with Strategy & Transformation Managers and cross-functional teams. The role ensures disciplined execution, visibility of progress, and timely resolution of issues across key transformation programs. The partner plays a hands-on role in coordinating activities, tracking performance, managing risks, and preparing decision materials to help accelerate outcomes. Working across ISG and business stakeholders, the Strategy Execution Partner drives operational rigor, reinforces governance, and helps translate strategy into tangible, measurable results.
