A Strategy Execution Manager is responsible for supporting the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives by ensuring progress toward defined objectives and outcomes. The position involves identifying and escalating resource needs—such as personnel, tools, and budget—to ensure successful project delivery, while maintaining alignment with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role assists in setting clear project charters, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and cadence systems to ensure structured execution. Acting as Scrum Master when needed, this position manages and maintains backlogs, assigns action items, and tracks key deliverables.
