Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the portfolio governance of product performance and benefits, managing the daily operations of OPEX Budget of the group, and maintaining an inventory of CX Blueprint Artifacts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Budget Management : 

• Maintain a regular and systematic tracking of OPEX budget availment including monitoring and validating of actuals and creating variance analysis reports. 

• Facilitate alignment between PX proponents and Finance partners for budget availment requests from initiation of planned allocations or change to new reallocations, up to approval, and actual utilization towards ensuring compliance to financial policies and guidelines....
