Strategy & Business Senior Specialist- Digital Grid

PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE ROLE The Strategy & Business Specialist supports the Digital Grid leadership team in the definition, deployment and execution of the Digital Grid Strategy and Transformation agenda, with a strong focus on software growth acceleration, ARR expansion, operational performance and strategic alignment across regions and functions. This role acts as a strategic support to Strategy & Transformation Office, providing project management skills, connecting strategy, finance, commercial execution, operations and data technology. The position contributes to long‑term strategic planning, annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, open lines, leadership interlocks and key transformation initiatives, ensuring that strategic ambitions are translated into clear priorities, governance, KPIs and executable action plans.
