Requirements
- Have a background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or as a Chief of Staff, ideally with experience as a founder or early GTM hire at a scaling SaaS company
- Possess a proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes specifically within the SaaS industry
- Naturally prioritize building automated, scalable workflows over implementing manual, one-off fixes for messy processes
- Fully autonomous in your data work, capable of writing your own SQL, building custom dashboards, and conducting deep cohort analyses
- Lead with a spreadsheet-first mentality, using advanced modeling and technical data skills to drive strategic decisions
- Can seamlessly pivot from ghostwriting high-level strategy memos for the CEO to troubleshooting granular CRM lead-routing errors
- Have the conviction to make high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments with only 70% of the available data
